EasyMailFoward
Features

What EasyMailFoward
actually does.

Incoming mail forwarding from domains you own to inboxes you already have. No mail server to run, no IMAP, no SMTP, no webmail. Every item below is in production today.

Forwarding

Alias-based forwarding

Create addresses like sales@yourdomain.com and route incoming mail to any external inbox. The forwarding destination can be any valid email address — Gmail, Fastmail, a work account, anything.

Package-scoped alias limits

Each package defines a maximum number of aliases per domain. Existing aliases keep working if you reach the limit. Creating new ones is blocked until you upgrade or remove some — no surprise charges.

Sync status per domain

Every domain shows a live sync badge: green Synced (upstream confirmed), amber Syncing (outbox job in progress), or red Failed with the exact upstream error message. You always know where things stand.

Domain management

Bring any domain you own

Add any domain you control — any TLD. The portal creates a forwarding record and queues upstream registration. Package limits define how many domains you can have active simultaneously.

DNS verification on demand

After pointing MX and SPF records at the upstream provider, click Verify DNS in the portal. The system checks propagation immediately and shows the result — no guessing, no waiting on a background job.

Durable outbox queue

All writes to the upstream API (domain creates, alias creates, deletes) go through a Postgres-backed outbox. Failures are retried with exponential backoff and jitter. Dead-letter rows surface in the operator dashboard.

DNS setup guides

Step-by-step DNS instructions

The domain detail page shows the exact MX and SPF records to add, with the correct values pre-filled. Registrar-specific guides for Namecheap and Cloudflare are linked directly from the DNS setup panel.

Billing transparency

Live subscription countdown

The billing page shows your current package, billing cycle, and a live countdown to renewal. You always know how much time is left in your paid period.

Manual billing, no surprises

Payments are made directly to the operator and confirmed manually. There is no automated Stripe checkout. Upgrades, downgrades, and renewals are handled via Telegram — what you pay is agreed before anything changes.

What this is not

EasyMailFoward is a forwarding service, not a full email provider. To set expectations clearly:

  • No inbox — mail is forwarded to your existing inbox, not stored here.
  • No send-as / SMTP — you cannot send outbound mail through EasyMailFoward.
  • No webmail — there is no browser-based mail client.
  • No API access for clients — the portal is the interface.
  • No self-service billing — payments are confirmed manually by the operator.
  • No team collaboration or shared inbox features.
